Our FIBARO System Setup & Programming Service affords you the easiest way to to get your home automation system set up and running. This service is great for those who are unsure about the setup and configuration of the system or simply do not have the time!
Our Pre-Configuration Service includes the following:

Testing of all new devices

Setup and configuration of your chosen Home Center

All associated modules setup and configured with your Home Center

We will create the Rooms of your choice and name your devices however you wish

Based on the devices you have purchased we will also include a set of 'scenes' to get your system up and running straight away. e.g. exterior lights set to operate on dawn to dusk, interior lamps to activate at dusk, a basic 'I'm home', 'Good Night', 'Good Morning' and 'I'm away' scenes
Those who order the 'HC + 31-40 Package' or greater will receive a complimentary annual Support Package, giving you great peace of mind.
Please note: our Pre-Configured service does not include any parts, the Home Center and respective modules (e.g. Dimmers, Switch Modules, etc) must be purchased separately and at the same time as this service.
This service is excluded from our refund policy as it is a bespoke item. This also applies to any devices purchased to be used with this services as it requires us to open and use them. This does not affect your statutory rights.
