We believe these plans offer great service and peace of mind for your installation.
Our Annual Support Services are only available for systems supplied and configured by us using our Pre-configured service.
Our Basic plan includes the following:
- Remote System Health checks - if any problems are identified we will notify you by email with guidance on any necessary actions
- System Software Updates - we will ensure your Home Center is kept up to date with the latest software and where possible we will check new software versions in our lab for compatibility with your system configuration
- Email Response Support - we will respond to support requests within 5 working days*
Our Pro plan offers everything in the Basic plan, plus:
- Up to 10 remote system software changes, including creation or amendment of scenes*
- Access to our Telephone support line
Our Ultimate plan offers everything in the Pro plan, plus:
- Unlimited remote system software changes, including up to creation of 15 new scenes*
- Automated dispatch to your system's location of appropriate batteries, when your system notifies us of low batteries*
- Dedicated System Supervisor
This service is excluded from our 'multi-buy' discount scheme
