Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For orders valued at £99.99 (inc VAT) and under, we provide standard shipping within the United Kingdom for £5.99 (inc VAT).
For orders valued above £100.00 (inc VAT), we include standard shipping for free.
Tracking methods will be available in your order dispatch confirmation email.
For in stock items (excluding bespoke, configured or any items listed as such) we aim to process and dispatch all orders the same working day, if placed before 2pm (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.
We cannot guarantee orders are processed by the times stated if external factors prevent us from doing so, including but not limited to; high order demands, large volume orders, adverse weather events preventing shipping to and from us, our couriers experiencing operational issues, etc.
Exceptions & Exclusions
The following locations and/or postcodes are excluded from our Next Business Day courier service:
- The Scottish Highlands and Islands
- The Channel Islands
The above locations will be subject to 2-5 working day delivery timescales.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
In-store pickup
We do not currently offer 'in-store pickup’; however, we are preparing our business for this service and will communicate when it is available.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer shipping to outside of the United Kingdom.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and links to tracking methods which you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@birkdalesmarthome.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
